Creative thinker, skilled storyteller.

Caroline Chapman is a Jackson Hole-based creative with over 1,000 published editorials and a diverse professional background in journalism, marketing, content strategy and media sales.

Raised in a lively Connecticut household, Caroline learned to hold her own and hold court at a dinner table dominated by three brothers. She picked up the art of storytelling from a father whose humor was as outsized as his presence and a mother who paired warmth with unwavering standards. This loud and loving training ground taught her that the best stories are often born in the middle of the noise, and that if you want to be heard, you’d better be worth listening to.

Skilled in profile feature writing, news writing and editing, web content creation, growth marketing, social strategy, web design, and branding —Caroline loves blending left-brained strategy with right-brained storytelling.

As a reporter, she’s covered crime, local and state politics, alpine athletes, national parks, environment and wildlife in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, and health in the age of a global pandemic.

With over 6 years of industry experience and a passion for digital content, Caroline is fueled by a drive to create compelling and impactful narratives in the digital landscape.

Caroline has built communities of brand advocates at a venture capital startup, spearheaded rebrands in the food and beverage industry, and led web design projects that delivered revenue growth. She geeks out on content that fosters “effortless” connectivity with its audiences and customers.

Caroline graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Digital Journalism.
